We affirm that God in His own image created both men and women. Women ministry is one of the core departments of ABAM. Under this, the ministries are : Human Management, ministry for the differently abled, Enriching Families, Hostel Ministry, Senior Citizens’ Ministry and Vocational Training-cum-Production Centre. The Girls’ Hostel is the most gratifying human development ministry, as many girls leave the hostel with a strong Christian faith and commitment to serve Christ. Believing that a strong supporting partner strengthens the Pastoral Ministry, innovative programs are organized to bring the Pastors’ wives together for spiritual nurture, child and home care management. The occasional trainings, conferences and seminars not only enrich the lives of women but they also unify them to address issues that affect their contribution to the Church and society.
