Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) launched the clean election movement, an initiative of the Nagaland Baptist Churches Council (NBCC) on August 27 at Impur, on the theme “my vote, my future”.  In a press release, ABAM informed that while declaring the launch, ABAM executive secretary, Rev. Dr. Mar Pongener encouraged all to not be weary but stand firm in the truth to bring changes to “our dysfunctional political system and practices.”

ABAM CEM, convener, Rev. Dr. Noklen Longkümer presented the details on the vision and action plan of the movement.
