The 3rd orientation course for full-time church leaders under the aegis of the ABAM organized by ABAM Church and Mission was successfully held at Impur from April 25 – 29, 2022. Having learned the theoretical framework of the ministry in different institutions, the need for the holistic exploration of the ministry for the new leaders of the church becomes inevitable and for which this course was designed.

Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) Associate Pastor Youth Rereat, Reload, and Renew (3RS) training organized by ABAM YM was successfully held at Impur from April 4 -8, 2022. In a world driven by unfathomable human inventions, ministry particularly the youth has been under threat to the maximum height. Having realized the challenges face by the Christian youth ministers today, ABAM Youth Ministry under the objective of giving spaces for holistic equipment to the Youth Pastors to succinctly tackle all situations organized this 3Rs training. 

Vacation Bible School teachers' training organized by ABAM Education and Literature Ministry was successfully held at Impur on 30 & 31 March 2022. The theme of the training was "Monumental" which was taken with due permission from Group Publishing India.
