The Vocational Training-cum-Production Centre (VTPC) is one of the vital project, which is looked after by Ao Baptist Church Association Women Ministry. The project has two-fold aim: First, to generate income for self-reliance and secondly, to give training to different societies as well as individuals for self-reliance. VTPC focuses on the wholistic development of the young girls by offering vocational trainings in cooking, cutting and tailoring and teach value education from the Bible. The trainings have benefitted specially drop-out young girls, by finding ways to support themselves financially and learn to live productive life. VTPC productions like various indigenous garments, modern designed weaving items, embroidery works and food processing are trying to push into market through their participations in many Church related programs both in national and international levels.
