Staff notation training for ABAM's Zone 1 & 2 was successfully conducted at Impur from June 13-16,2023. Altogether 69 persons from 25 churches attended the training.
Today, as the music takes a significant share in the propagation of the gospel, it has become one of the core values in Christian Ministry. Taking this importance into account ABAM Music Ministry under Church and Mission Ministry have taken a giant step by scheduling a series of staff notation training in the ministry's calendar from 2022. To date, hundreds of music-interested individuals have availed of the basics of music, and changes in the congregational singing in the churches are taking place.
This program was the last of the four phases of staff notation training in the ABAM Music Ministry calendar for 2023. ABAM extends appreciation to Diphupar B Baptist Church for hosting Zone 8 & 9 from April 25 - 28, 2023, and all the individuals who have attended the training and expects many contributions toward maintaining a balanced approach to music in all the churches under the constituent of ABAM.
ABAM also appreciates Mrs. Asenla Longchar, Coordinator, Music Ministry, ABAM, who took all the responsibilities on her shoulder and made this training series more appealing.
May God continue to empower the ABAM Music Ministry to provide uniformity in congregational singing in the local churches and also for the enriching proclamation of the gospel.
